RODENT REPELLENT 

This is a highly concentrated modifying agent based on low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) with a high content of active substances derived from aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic rings.

RODENT REPELLENT by RUTALIA Masterbatches & Additives is a functional modifying additive designed for plastic products requiring protection against rodents (rats, mice, squirrels). This additive contains active chemical compounds that emit sharp, bitter odors repelling rodents and squirrels.

The rodent repellent additive deters rodents from plastic products made with this modifying additive. Its long-lasting effectiveness is achieved through controlled release of active substances, thereby increasing the durability of the final product by preventing gnawing damage. The additive has been tested for efficacy by CAZRI (Central Arid Zone Research Institute).

This product is not intended for use in plastic products that come into direct contact with food. However, it can be used in plastic products that store hermetically sealed food products and beverages, such as storage and transport crates and baskets. The recommended dosage is 4-5%, although production trials are advised, where our team of specialists is available for support.
