The degassing agent, also known as a desiccant, is a modifying additive we offer in granular form. Its primary function is to effectively remove gases and moisture from plastics.

Our high-quality desiccants are ideal for use in products made from regranulates, regrinds, and agglomerates—especially when the material is wet or contains gases. The active substance in the additive reacts directly during the plastic processing phase, during plastification.

Benefits of using our desiccants in production:

• No need for additional drying of the plastic;
• The plastic does not "gas out" due to the desiccant;
• Eliminates the formation of "fish scales" on films made from regranulate.

The degassing agent is suitable for plastics including PP, PA, PS, PC, PVC, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, ABS, and EVA.
